Our Programs
Afficient Math is a computerized, self-paced AI-powered program to help your child learn grade-level math. We guide students to perform self-learning under our instructional and practicing materials and learn efficiently with our intelligent algorithms. As your child run into difficulties that they cannot overcome by themselves, our teachers in physical or virtual learning centers help them unstuck from learning obstacles. Afficient Math helps your child build a solid foundation, advance at their own speed, get into advanced programs in schools and get better grades in school. Afficient Math currently offers US Common-Core aligned grade 2 to grade 12 level math.

Our records show that most students are able to thoroughly and efficiently review lower grade materials, complete their current grade in a few months, and advance to grade levels higher than their current school grade levels within a year.
Afficient English is a computerized AI-based program that helps your child develop a solid foundation in Reading Comprehension, Writing, Language Acquisition Skills, and Vocabulary. They will perform self-paced, self-learning supported by teachers online or in learning centers. Afficient English helps students advance at their own pace, get into advanced programs in school, and get better grades in school. Afficient English currently offers US Common-Core aligned grade 2 and above grade level English.
Often it looks like children’s writing evolves naturally: from a few words to random strings of letters, to increasingly conventional writing, and eventually progressing to well-crafted essays. However, writing may be the most difficult thing students learn in school. Just like learning to read, learning to write is not a natural process. To ensure that all students become skilled writers, we need to provide systematic, explicit instruction, combined with many opportunities for them to write and to receive feedback.
We are planning 3 hours in-person writing classes on weekdays and 2 hours zoom writing class on Saturday as well as summer writing camp for elementary 2nd – 6th-grade students.
Since April 2020, fremont learning center has transitioned online to cope with the COVID-19 pandemic. Teachers are available online during the class period to help students and are also offering support through emails and phone calls. After center reopened in May 2021, we continuously supply proximately 8 hours each week to help remote students via zoom tool.
Fremont learning center opens 20 hours per week. Students especially newly enrolled students are strongly recommended to learn at center once a week (1 hour each time). While learning at center, we also encourage students to learn at home independently.
We are offering in person english writing camp in June 2022. This program is designed to train students to write nonfiction research papers. Animal Camouflage/Homes will be the topics of the research. The participants will go through the Writing Process and practice strategies from GLAD (Guided Language Acquisition Design).
Our intensive writing camp will foster confidence, build competence, and develop the following Writing Traits: Idea Generation, Sentence Fluency, Word Choice, and Organization.
At the end of the program the students will be able to produce questions on a topic, research/gather information and create a paragraph/a short essay.

Outside online group tutoring and learning center tutoring hours, 1-on-1 private tutoring is also available to book. Our students just love to work with college students as their tutors.
