Stephan, 5th grade.

Stephan, 3rd grade, came to mission learning center with his parents in Jan. 2020. Diagnostic math test scored 3rd grade 84. His 1st week afficient math learning achieved top 3 weekly high performer on leading board, which surprised everyone even his parents. Stephan’s learning ability was way beyond a 3rd grade student and his enthusiasm for math touched entire center. In only 6 months, he completed 3rd ~ 8th grade math went straight ahead into 9th grade. He completed Algebra1 in five months and then Geometry in 6 months. Mom said humbly “ We knew Stephan likes math and his math ability was good but we never expected he could go this far! Thanks to afficient math program for giving child the opportunity to develop freely and to find his passion. After succeeding in math, Stephan enrolled afficient english program and has completed all grades as a high honor student. Mom laughed “8th grade vocabulary is so hard and Stephan is the english tutor of me and his dad. “ Nowdays Stephan is participating sports activities. He plays golf and does ski & skateboarding regularly. When his family recently took a tour in Boston, Stephan fell in love with Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He told his parents that MIT is his dream school. May Stephan’s dream school be his new home.
